Responsibilities:
 Developing the commercial strategy and the commercial direction of projects
 Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts.
 Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth. And overseeing the
performance of the commercial team and provide adequate business strategies.
 Monitor local and federal regulations. And monitoring the progress of projects
 Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms with customers, suppliers and
manufacturers
 Recruit and oversee contractors and vendors and conduct market research
 Lead and manage sales, marketing, and business development teams.
 Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
 Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance in alignment with commercial
objectives.
 Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards and Identifying and managing
commercial risks
 Drive innovation and continuous improvement in commercial operations. Pursuing new
business opportunities
 Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial team to foster a high-performance
culture.
Qualifications:
 Proven experience in commercial management, preferably in a similar industry.
 Strong leadership and communication skills.
 Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound business decisions.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

 Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet targets in a competitive market
environment.
