Regional Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional supervisors to oversee our operations and drive growth in the transportation sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to ensure company growth and expansion.

– Develop and maintain relationships with current customers to encourage repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.

  1. Sales Targets:

– Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to exceed them, driving revenue growth and market share.

  1. Customer Issue Resolution:

– Address client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.

  1. Driver Community Support:

– Collaborate with the Driver Community Manager to develop and expand the driver supply.

– Assist in the onboarding and training of new drivers, ensuring they are equipped to meet operational standards.

– Support the Driver Community Manager in achieving operational KPIs for the assigned region.

  1. Customer Advocacy:

– Serve as a passionate advocate for customers and partners, confidently addressing inquiries and concerns in a fast-paced environment.

  1. User Experience Improvement:

– Continuously evaluate and enhance the user experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  1. Market Intelligence:

– Gather market intelligence and provide valuable feedback to the company to inform strategic decision-making and product development.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; or Diploma in related field with 5 years working experience.

– Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably in the transportation industry.

– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious targets.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.

– Experience in managing client relationships and resolving issues in a professional manner.

– Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines in the transportation sector is an asset.

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing priorities.

– Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive strategic initiatives.

– Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as needed.
