Sales Executives (Foton Trucks and Buses) – Summit Recruitment and Search Africa

Our client a leading automotive company in the country which specializes in sales of MAN Bus and Trucks, Randon Trailers, Hyundai construction equipments, foton trucks and buses, Foton Light trucks is seeking to hire sales executives.

The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales by proactively seeking new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, scheduling sales visits with prospective clients, and negotiating contracts to close deals. The ideal candidate Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 4 years’ demonstrated experience as a sales executive selling either Foton trucks or buses for a renown company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging sales visits with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining proper sales and performance records.
  • Participating in trade exhibitions, conferences, etc.
  • Negotiating sales contracts and designing packages.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.


  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years’ demonstrated experience as a sales executive selling either trucks or buses for a renown company.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and negotiation strategies.
  • Quick to learn and enthusiastic about sales.
  • Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering engaging presentations
